To mark the National Trust’s major exhibition Constable at Petworth at Petworth House, a selling exhibition of pictures by artists linked to the great British landscape artist John Constable is being held at the newly established Kevis House Gallery in Petworth. The exhibition titled Connecting to Constable, starts on Saturday 11th January

Following the sell-out success of Turner’s Sussex earlier this year, never before shown works by the great British landscape artist John Constable are to go on display at Petworth House in a major exhibition for the new year.
Running from 11th January to 14th March 2014, Constable at Petworth will feature a selection of more than 40 stunning watercolours and drawings made around Petworth during Constable’s visits to the house in 1834.

Petworth Festival’s 3rd Literary Weekend kicks off on Wednesday 6th November, when some of the country’s major authors and publishers descend on Petworth for a week of events which promise to explore, challenge and entertain.
